Why I Am Running
As the Great Recession concludes and new economic realities establish, communities must be strategically repositioned to succeed. I am running for Reno City Council because I have been focused upon how cities work my entire adult life. I possess leadership skills to make difficult and transparent decisions that must be made in light of Reno’s compromised fiscal capacity.
As the recession brought Reno’s growth to a screeching halt, new plans must be made. I have the expertise to facilitate planning efforts to establish a new vision for our community so that it may claim a deserved spot as an attractive mountain west city with a high quality of life. These plans will reflect community preferences, be fiscally responsible and lay the groundwork for Reno’s retooled economic vitality.
